■8 g AJI ONE dry tomato (reconstituted with hot water)
1/2 avocado (ripe)
■1 teaspoon mayonnaise
■1 teaspoon lemon juice
■Proper (large) quantity of pepper

1. Reconstitute AJI ONE dry tomato with little hot water.
2. Cut the avocado finely and mash it in a bowl.
3. Add ■ to the mashed avocado and mix them.

2 white fish fillet
Proper quantity salt and pepper
Proper quantity flour
2 teaspoons liquor
2 tablespoons breadcrumb
2 teaspoons olive oil

1. After sprinkling salt and pepper, sprinkle flour on the white fish fillet.
2. Put the seasoned white fish fillet on a baking sheet. Pour liquor, twist the both ends of the baking sheet, and wrap it. Heat it in a microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Move “2” on an aluminum wheel and put AJI ONE dry tomato and avocado mash on it. Put the mixture of the breadcrumb and olive oil on the white fish fillet.
4. Bake it in a toaster for 2 minutes until the breadcrumb becomes crisp.
