AJI ONE dry tomato and potato gratin

【Ingredients (serves 2…preparation)】
100 g penne
1.5 potatoes (May Queen)
1 piece garlic

1. Boil the penne.
2. Peel the potato and put it in water for 15 minutes. After that, thinly slice the potato.
3. Cut finely the garlic.

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
8 g AJI ONE dry tomato
300 cc milk
1 solid consomme
Proper quantity salt and pepper
Proper quantity cheese
Grated cheese (if you want)

1. Put the milk, solid consomme, AJI ONE dry tomato, and garlic in a pot and season it with salt and pepper. Heat it over a low heat.
2. Put the sliced potato to “1” not to be piled up. Boil it until the potato become soft.
3. When the potato comes to be cooked, move it to a container and sprinkle the cheese and grated cheese. Bake in a oven preheated to 180℃ for 15-20 minutes. Ready to eat!
