【Ingredients (serves 4)】
AJI ONE dry tomato (as much as you want)
200 g salmon for sashimi
Proper quantity onion (sliced)
Proper quantity lettuce
Proper quantity lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Little quantity salt and pepper

1. Slice the salmon, tear the lettuce to eat easily, and slice the onion thinly. Heat AJI ONE dry tomato in a microwave with little water to reconstitute.
2. Serve the sliced salmon and lettuce on a plate and put the onion and AJI ONE dry tomato on the salmon.
3. Sprinkle olive oil, salt, and pepper and squeeze the lemon. Ready to eat!
