【Ingredients (serves 4)】
15 g AJI ONE dry tomato
1/3 carrot
1/2 onion
2 shiitake mushroom
200 g tofu bean curd dregs
■300 ml soup stock
■3 tablespoons soy sauce
■2 tablespoons sweet cooking rice sake
■3 tablespoons liquor
■2 tablespoons sugar

1. Cut the vegetables and mushroom finely.
2. Heat AJI ONE dry tomato in a microwave with little water to reconstitute and cut the reconstituted AJI ONE dry tomato roughly.
