AJI ONE dry tomato in miso soup
【Ingredients (serves 2)】
8 g AJI ONE dry tomatoes
1 bunch spinach
55 g enoki mushroom
300 ml soup stock
1 1/2-2 tablespoons miso
1. Boil the soup stock in a pot and add AJI ONE dry tomato, cut spinach to eat easily, and enoki mushroom.
2. When vegetables come to be cooked, add miso. Ready to eat!
≪When you serve for 1≫
Put 150cc water, little quantity of instant broth granules, 1 tablespoon miso and other ingredients into a cup. Heat it in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. Ready to eat!
