AJI ONE dry tomato pound cake

【Ingredients (for 18cm)】
15 g AJI ONE dry tomato
2 eggs
60 g sugar
30 g olive oil
A pinch of salt
100 g weak flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
20 g milk

1. Cut AJI ONE dry tomato finely, add little water, and heat it with little water in the microwave for a minute to reconstitute.
2. Put the eggs, sugar, olive oil, and salt in a bowl and whisk until the sugar completely melt.
3. Add the sifted weak flour and baking powder to “2” and whisk again.
4. Add the milk to “3” and mix it with a whisk.
5. After finish mixing the dough, add AJI ONE dry tomato and mix them.
6. Pour the dough into a mold and bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Ready to eat!
