AJI ONE mini tomato Qeema Curry

400 g/ 2 packs AJI ONE mini tomato
300 g ground beef and pork
1/2 onion
30 g carrot
1 piece garlic
Proper quantity pepper and salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 block curry roux (medium hot)

1. Mix AJI ONE mini tomatoes in a blender and strain it. After that, heat it over low heat for 20 minutes to make it tomato sauce (use 1 pack of mini tomato).
2. Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic finely, and cut AJI ONE mini tomatoes in half.
3. Stir-fly the garlic and ground beef and pork, add the onion and carrot, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Add cut AJI ONE mini tomatoes and 100 ml of water and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
4. When the ground beef and pork are well cooked, add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, curry roux, and green peas and stir-fly over high heat. Season it with salt and pepper if you want. Ready to eat!
