8 g AJI ONE dry tomato
250 g radish
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1-2 teaspoons salt
A small piece of lemon or citron skin
1. Slice the radish into 5mm width and shred it. Heat AJI ONE dry tomato in a microwave with little water for 1 minute to reconstitute. Shred the citron skin.
2. Sprinkle salt on the shredded radish and rub it to make it tender.
3. Strain water from the radish and put it into a bowl. Add AJI ONE dry tomato, shredded citron skin, and the seasonings and mix them. Leave it overnight. Ready to eat!
