AJI ONE dry tomato sherbet

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
15g AJI ONE dry tomato
1 medium sized tomato
2 teaspoons honey

1. Cool the medium sized tomato in a freezer for over 1 day.
2. Peel the skin of frozen medium sized tomato, cut its calyx, and cut frozen medium sized tomato into small pieces. Heat AJI ONE dry tomatoes with little water in a microwave for 1 minute to reconstitute.
3. Cool the reconstituted AJI ONE dry tomato, put the cut frozen tomato and honey into a food processor, and grinds it.
4. Serve on the plate. Ready to eat!
