4 tablespoons pancake mix
2 tablespoons milk or soy milk
Green pepper (as much as you want)
Corn (as much as you want)
Cheese (as much as you want)
Little quantity of salt and pepper

1. Put the pancake mix and milk into a mug and mix it until the lump disappears.
