100 g mozzarella cheese
2 raw leaves of basil

1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1. Cut the calyxes of AJI ONE mini tomatoes and put it into boiled water. When its skin starts to peel, take it out from boiled water and peel the skin in ice water.
