100 g AJI ONE mini tomato
2 eggs (medium size)
10 g green onion (chopped)
Pepper and salt (if you want)
1 teaspoon or less sugar
1. Cut AJI ONE mini tomato in half and cut the green onion finely.
2. Break the eggs and beat it.
3. Oil a fly pan and heat it. Add the beaten egg and mix them. When it comes to coagulate a little, take it out once.
4. Put AJI ONE mini tomato and the green onion on the fry pan and stir-fry it. When water comes out of AJI ONE mini tomatoes, add the egg and season it with salt, pepper, and sugar. Ready to eat!
