Curry Chanpuru with AJI ONE mini tomato and tofu

Recommendable for snack with alcohol and side dish for lunch! This is spicy so recommendable at your less appetite.

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
1 block (300 g) firm tofu
5 AJI ONE mini tomato
1/2 zucchini
80 g spam
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons alcohol drink
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Little quantity salt and pepper:

1. Extract water from the firm tofu for 5 hours, remove the calyxes of mini tomatoes, and cut mini-tomatoes into chunks.
2. Cut the zucchini into 2 to 3 mm thickness into round slices. Cut the spam into rectangles.
3. Oil a fry pan and stir-fry tofu until its color changes a little.
4. Add AJI ONE mini tomatoes, the zucchini, and the spam and stir-fry them. Add the curry powder and liquor and stir-fry.
5. Add Worcester sauce and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
