AJI ONE dry tomato clam chowder
【ingredients (serves 2)】
10 g AJI ONE dry tomato
50 g asari clam in brine
2 slice bacon
1/2 onion
1 potato (medium size)
300 cc water
1 1/2 tablespoon weak flour
1 1/2 consomme (solid)
200 cc milk
Proper quantity salt and pepper
1 tablespoon salad oil

1. Chop the onion finely. Cut the bacon and potato into 1 cm pieces. Strain water from the asari clam in brine.
2. Oil a pot and heat it. Add the onion and bacon and stir-fry them. When onion comes to be transparent, add the weak flour and mix over a low heat. When weak flour comes not to become mealy, add 300 cc water (not included in recipe), comsomme, and other ingredients. When it boils, simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes with skimming the scum.
3. When the vegetables come to become soft, add milk and season with salt and pepper. Ready to eat!
