【Ingredients (serves 4)】
15 g AJI ONE dry tomato
100 g ground pork
1 piece of ginger (cut finely)
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
1 tablespoon liquor

■2 teaspoons chicken stock cubes
■1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
■1 tablespoon soy sauce
■10 wonton skins
■1/2 green onion (cut finely)
1/2 bag of bean sprouts
Little quantity salt and pepper
◎Water beaten potato starch

・1 tablespoon potato starch

1. Heat the sesame oil on a pot and stir-fry the finely chopped ginger, gochujang, and ground pork over a high heat. After their color changed, add the liquor.
2. Add ■, season with salt and pepper, and boil it. After boiling it, turn down the heat and add the water beaten potato starch to thicken.
3. Add AJI ONE dry tomato, the bean sprouts, and finely chopped green onion and add cut half wonton one by one not to be piled. Boil for 10 minutes. Ready to eat!
