Eggplant chili with AJI ONE dry tomato

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
・8 g AJI ONE dry tomato
・2 eggplants
・1 piece garlic
・1/2 green onion
・2 tablespoons sesame oil
・1 tablespoon water
・3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
・1 teaspoon soy sauce

1. Heat AJI ONE dry tomato with little water in a microwave to reconstitute.
2. Cut the garlic and green onion finely and cut the eggplants into round slice.
3. Put the sesame oil and garlic into a pan and heat them.
4. Add the eggplant and stir-fry shortly.
5. Add water and AJI ONE dry tomato, and steam them for 1 minute.
6. Make sure that the eggplant are ready. Add the green onion and sweet chili sauce.
Season it with the soy sauce. Ready to eat!
