Italian salad with mini tomatoes and baked vegetables

【Ingredients (serve 1)】
5 AJI ONE mini tomato
3/4 (60 g) eggplant
1/3 (60 g) zucchini
60 g bacon
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Little quantity salt and pepper
Little quantity Parmesan cheese
Proper quantity Italian dressing

1. Slice the eggplant and zucchini quarterly into 1 cm thickness and cut the bacon into rectangles.
2. Remove the calyxes of mini tomato and cut AJI ONE mini tomato into cubes.
3. Put the olive oil into a fry pan and heat it. Stir-fry “1”.
4. After seasoning with salt and pepper, remove the eggplant, zucchini, and bacon from the pan.
5. Mix AJI ONE mini tomato and “2” with Italian dressing.
6. Serve on a plate and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
