Oyster sauce yakisoba with AJI ONE dry tomato
(※Yakisoba is the Japanese fried noodles.)

【Ingredients (serves 2)】
15 g AJI ONE dry tomato
150 g boiled octopus
50 g pea sprouts
1/2 onion
1/2 piece ginger (shredded)
2 Chinese steamed noodles
■1 tablespoon oyster sauce
■1 tablespoon alcohol drink
■Little quantity salt and pepper
1 tablespoon salad oil

1. Cut the octopus thinly, pea sprouts in 3-4 cm pieces and onion thinly. Put the noodles on a plate, wrap it, and heat it in a 500 w microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Mix ■ to make seasonings.
3. Spread the salad oil on a pan and stir-fry the ginger and onion. When it comes to be tender, add the noodles and stir-fry over a high heat.
4. Add the pea sprouts, octopus, and AJI ONE dry tomato, stir-fry quickly, and add the seasoning. Serve on a plate. Ready to eat!
