Salt kelp rice ball with AJI ONE dry tomato
【Ingredients (serves 1)】
3 g AJI ONE dry tomato
A pinch of salt kelp
A pinch of shavings dried bonito
Small quantity sesame oil

1. Heat AJI ONE dry tomato with little water in a microwave for 1 minute to reconstitute.
2. Mix all ingredients (stuffing) with reconstituted AJI ONE dry tomato.
3. Wrap the mixed stuffing with rice. Make the shape into triangle. Ready to eat!
