【Ingredients (serves 1)】
■7.5 g AJI ONE dry tomato
100 g spaghetti
■2 pinches salted seaweed
■3 tablespoons olive oil
■1 Japanese pickled ume (umeboshi)
■Little quantity wasabi
■1 teaspoon soy sauce
■Lemon juice (as much as you want)
Onion (sliced) (as much as you want)
1. Boil the spaghetti. Slice the onion thinly and soak it in water. Remove the seeds from Japanese pickled ume and beat the Japanese pickled ume. Reconstitute AJI ONE dry tomato.
2. After put ■ into a bowl and mix them, cool the spaghetti with cold water and strain water from the spaghetti. Add the strained spaghetti to the bowl and mix it. Season with the salted seaweed, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
3. If you want, add the onion and lettuce. Serve on a plate. Ready to eat!
It is easily eatable when you have no appetite!
